Neuronest ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who uses our website and courses. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. It applies to data collected through our website at neuronestdx.world and through our course platform.   • Course enrolment: name, email, payment details (processed by our payment provider — we do not store card numbers).

Retention: Contact form data is held for up to 24 months. Course enrolment data is held for the duration of your enrolment plus 36 months. You can request deletion at any time.

  • Delivering mentor feedback and course communications
  • Processing payments and issuing completion records
  • Understanding how the platform is used to improve courses (with consent for analytics)
  • Sending course-related updates and, where you have opted in, news about new courses

Legal basis: contract performance for enrolled learners; legitimate interest for responding to enquiries; consent for marketing communications and analytics.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with third parties only where necessary:

  • Payment providers: to process course fees securely
