Last updated: 12 June 2025
Effective date: 12 June 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of courses, content, and platform services provided by Neuronest ("we", "us", "our"), operating at 191 Silom Road, Silom, Bang Rak, Bangkok 10500, Thailand. By enrolling in a course or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not proceed with enrolment or platform use. Questions can be directed to [email protected].
1. Definitions
- "Service" — the online AI development courses, platform, forums, mentor feedback, and related materials provided by Neuronest.
- "User" / "You" — any individual who enrolls in a course or accesses the Neuronest platform.
- "We / Us / Our" — Neuronest, operating under Thai law.
- "Content" — all written materials, video recordings, code examples, projects, and other materials made available as part of a course.
- "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- "Track" — one of our structured course programmes (Foundations, Applied ML, Advanced Engineering).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing enrolment and payment, you enter into a binding agreement with Neuronest on the terms set out here. You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. By proceeding, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter a contract under the law of your jurisdiction.
If you are enrolling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to this Agreement.
3. Service Description
Neuronest provides online AI development education through three structured tracks: Foundations of AI Development (12 weeks), Applied Machine Learning Track (16 weeks), and Advanced AI Engineering Programme (24 weeks). Each track includes access to course materials, community forum, and mentor feedback as specified in the course description at time of enrolment.
The Service is available online to learners worldwide, with support provided during Bangkok business hours. We reserve the right to update course content within a track to reflect changes in tooling or best practice, without altering the core learning objectives.
4. User Accounts
On enrolment you will be issued platform credentials. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. We may suspend an account if we have reasonable grounds to believe it is being used by more than one individual.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. The following are prohibited:
- Sharing, reselling, or distributing course materials to third parties
- Submitting work that is not your own for mentor review or assessment
- Using the forum to post spam, offensive content, or unsolicited promotions
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce platform functionality
- Harassing other learners, mentors, or Neuronest staff
- Using course materials to infringe the intellectual property of any third party
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All course Content — including but not limited to written lessons, code examples, diagrams, and video recordings — is the intellectual property of Neuronest or its licensors. On enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own learning during the track period.
You may not reproduce, publish, or redistribute course Content in any form without our prior written consent.
Code and project work you produce as part of a course remains your own. Neuronest makes no claim over original work you create using skills developed through the course.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are due in full at the time of enrolment. Fees are inclusive of all materials, mentor feedback, and platform access for the track duration as described in the course listing. No additional fees apply unless expressly stated.
Refunds: We offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of enrolment and have not yet accessed more than the first two modules of the course. After this point, fees are non-refundable. To request a refund, contact [email protected].
Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store card details. If a payment fails, access will not be granted until the fee is settled.
8. Course-Specific Terms
- Enrolment: Access begins within 24 hours of confirmed payment. The track duration (12, 16, or 24 weeks) begins from first access.
- Mentor feedback: Submitted work receives written feedback within 3 working days. Feedback quality depends on the clarity and completeness of your submission.
- Live sessions (Applied ML and Advanced tracks): Session times will be communicated on enrolment. Missed sessions are recorded where technically possible, but we cannot guarantee recording availability in all cases.
- Completion records: Neuronest may issue a completion record on request for learners who complete the full track. These are not formal qualifications or accredited credentials.
- Academic integrity: Submitted work must be your own. Mentor reviewers are instructed to flag suspected third-party work, which may result in suspension.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. We will use reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot commit to 100% uptime.
Course Content is educational in nature. Neuronest does not represent that completion of a track will lead to any particular career outcome, employment result, or level of professional competence. Learning outcomes depend significantly on individual effort and prior knowledge.
Nothing in our courses constitutes professional advice (legal, financial, or otherwise). Code examples are provided for learning purposes and should not be used in production systems without independent review.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, Neuronest's total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid for the specific course to which the claim relates.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or career opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to access the Service.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Neuronest, its staff, and mentors harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your misuse of the platform, or your infringement of any third-party rights through your use of the Service.
12. Termination
You may discontinue using the Service at any time, subject to the refund terms in Section 7. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach this Agreement, particularly Sections 5 or 6.
On termination, your right to access course materials ends. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of this Agreement survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from it shall first be referred to informal resolution — contact [email protected] and we will attempt to resolve the matter within 30 days.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
14. General Provisions
- Entire agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Neuronest regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement continues in full effect.
- Waiver: Failure by Neuronest to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
- Assignment: You may not transfer your rights under this Agreement. Neuronest may assign this Agreement in the event of a merger or transfer of ownership, with notice to enrolled learners.
- Notices: Formal notices from Neuronest will be sent to the email address on your account. Notices to Neuronest should be sent to [email protected].
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify enrolled learners by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
If you do not agree with revised terms, you may close your account; continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
